Service Profiles cannot be re-named unless at code level 2.1 or higher. That can really be difficult when server names change. Often a service profile can live through a few different iterations of servers. A good method is just use a standard naming convention “UCServer” and create all servers needed from a Service Profile and keep up with specific naming with Service Profile “User Labels”.
