UCS Central VLAN ID Aliasing

Works with VSAN and VLAN. Aliasing allow a VLAN to be a “Name” and different VLAN ID based on Domain Group/Org.

Nice feature for moving Global Service Profile between locations like a DR location with L3 difference.
