Does the 4.2(2c) code level have any bugs that offline chassis?

Does the 4.2(2c) code level have any bugs that offline chassis?
Takes a chassis unplug/plug to get the chassis back online.
Ports from FI’s to IOM’s were down. Resetting IOM’s didn’t help.
3 chassis total on this system. 2 down, 1 stayed up.
