Ditching Cisco UCS?

Anyone out there dropped Cisco UCS in favor of Dell (or another brand) blade system in their environment and have any comments on the experience either positive or negative? Between the insane lead times and pricing lately I’m getting from Cisco versus Dell and HPE plus the crazy high failure rates on M6 servers we’ve seen and the forklift upgrade to M7 blades I’m really seriously considering dropping Cisco for another option.

Also not looking for opinions on why people prefer rackmounts instead of blades please. Nothing wrong with rackmount servers but they aren’t practical for us for our use scenario.
