Faulty 12V2x6 connector found with RTX 4080 Super card — it could be a one-off problem, but caution is advisable

Igor’s Lab has discovered yet another potentially serious problem with the 16-pin adapters that come with RTX 40-series graphics cards. At least one 16-pin adapter was found to be defective, preventing it from locking into place.
